Replacement Eligibility

Product Eligibility

At Lush Motives, we ensure every product is delivered in its original condition. If you receive a product that is incorrect, damaged, broken, or faulty, you may be eligible for a free replacement.

Timeframe

We accept replacement requests within 30 days of delivery.

  • Within 7 days of delivery: Replacement is free of charge.

  • After 7 days: Replacement will be available with applicable charges based on the issue.

Replacement Process

Step 1: Contact Us

To begin the replacement process, please email us at lushmotivesmart@gmail.com with the order number, a clear video of the product showing the issue, and a brief explanation. In some cases, our support team may help resolve the issue remotely if it’s a usage-related concern.

If a replacement is confirmed, you may proceed with one of the following options:

Option A – Ship It Back

Ship the faulty/incorrect product back to us in its original packaging (including box and accessories) at:

Once received, we will dispatch a replacement within 5 working days at no additional cost.

Option B – Courier Pickup

We can arrange a courier pickup of the defective product. Please ensure the item is securely packed with all accessories and the original box. After pickup, the replacement will be delivered within 14 working days.

Note: We do not accept replacements for products due to change of mind.

Refund Policy

Lush Motives does not currently offer refunds. We only provide replacements for products that meet our eligibility criteria.
